May was a busy month for Corvine, with the final sound mix and the delivery of the finished film in DCP (Digital Cinema Package) format. It’s been a rollercoaster, and a huge learning experience.
It’s incredible to think that this is really the end – I started working on Corvine part-time way back in 2014, and moved on to the project full-time in late 2020. The fact that it’s finished hasn’t really started to sink in.
The focus for the next few weeks will be festival submissions and putting together a press kit. So, the film is finished – but the work isn’t!
