Corvine received the Short Film Jury Award for Outstanding Animation at Canadian Film Fest, a Toronto-based celebration of Canadian film.

We were also thrilled to hear that CFF programmer Laura Good chose Corvine as one of her programmer picks, and we love what she had to say about it:

“This beautiful animation will make you cry happy tears. It’s an inspiring and imaginative fish out of water story about the curse and blessing of being unique.”

Suad Bushnaq and her son Amadeus

Suad Bushnaq – the wonderful composer behind Corvine’s beautiful soundtrack – had a great time attending CFF in person with her son, Amadeus. Thanks to Suad for representing Corvine on the day, and thanks to CFF for the opportunity to share our film with the audience in Toronto!
